I’m not sure if this was a dream or a feeling where i felt big strong arms over me trying to choke me i couldn’t breathe i woke up gasping for air, that’s how real it seemed i was trying so hard to get this person off but they were so strong could feel my chest getting tighter felt so scared.

Dreams like these are very powerful. Unless there is something physically wrong with you, that is; if this is not something that occurs over and over again, then it is probably a dream. So I am making the assumption this is a dream, and I am also going to suggest that you should consult a doctor on this and just make sure you are OK.

Here is what I think this is…. There is a situation in your life where you feel trapped, helpless and suffocated. You should very well know this situation in your life. As a matter of fact if you don’t then I suggest you really should see a doctor. But my guess is there is this “One thing” your are dealing with and it is a “Big” thing in your life where you are not able to handle or make a move.

If this is the case, you might notice something else… It is very possible that the dream says this but in real life you think you can handle it and you are moving forward, but there is struggle. You might have had a bad day around it and “felt” this stuckness and ignored it… and the dream simply said… “Hey you ignored this… here it is…”
