My dream happened around 4 years ago…the settings of the dream is in the house of my best friend. My dream started with me hugging and comforting my best friend’s dad. We were both crying. In the background, you can see a white coffin. When I went over to see who is inside the coffin, it was my best friend’s mom. I can’t remember any of it afterwards… Just that scene and when I woke up I was crying and seems like I was really crying the whole time that I was dreaming because my eyes were puffy and sore.

Having had this dream 4 years ago makes it tough. Here is why? Dreams are about what we are dealing with in life “right now.” I am going to exclude from this the “re-occurring” type of dreams. But mostly all dreams are about the stuff of like “right now.” This being the case it will be probably pretty difficult for you to remember the kind of situations you were dealing with 4 years ago about the time you had seen this dream. But lets give it a try.

This is about a loss you had… A significant loss of some sort. If you can go back and remember you might have lost a friendship or thought you lost a friendship or something significant to you. This is not like loss in the sense of someone died… although it could be but it is a sense of loosing something forever. It could be a job, or you might have left home for good, like moving to a college… some sort of an “End” to something that was very dear to you. See if you can remember.
