The parts of the dream I remember was being at a university which in the dream I was very familiar with. I was alone walking from one class to the other, I didn’t really talk to anyone. For some reason the perspective changed and I was looking at “school pictures” and I was wondering why I couldn’t see any of me in them. Then one or two started to pop up but after awhile I wasn’t looking at pictures I was looking at myself from the outside as I sat at a table with some other girls and spoke a bit to them. I saw myself stare at me like she was getting picture ready. I felt it was strange to see myself so distinct from everyone else. My eyes had this shine to them, like there was light in both of my dark eyes and and I looked at the other girls but their eyes were dull, no shine or specialness about them. I was shocked at beautiful I looked & at the difference in my eyes, and whenever there was another scene of myself, myself was always looking straight ahead with the same shiny eyes.
The next thing I can remember I was at school again in a class and I was being lazy taking my sweet time but i knew I had a class coming up, my watch said it was close to 11 but I realized I should have class at 10 not 11 so I got startled and woke up. Today isn’t a school day so no worry about missing class, but the clock said 10:54. And in reality I do not have any classes at 10am this term.
Hi Alex, thank you for sharing your dream. I always begin with saying that scientifically we do not know what the meaning of dreams are… not like we know Gravity… but we do have some good ideas… and some of them explain how dreams work with good consistency… So here is an interpretation based on my experience and how dreams work for me…
There is a situation in your life where there is a major change… it is at the scale of starting a new job or starting a new school ( I think you are at school currently but it might be new… I don’t know) … Although you feel alone in this situation you also are discovering things about your self or noticing things about your self that you really like. You feel very confident and you definitely think “others” are not like you in this regard. You feel you fit this place or beginning to fit this place very nicely. I also think you have a bit of worry about how you will perform… it is a nice kind of worry… it is about not wanting to miss out on anything.
Alex… I think this is about your school… but I don’t know.. it could be something like this::: you are in a new relationship with a person and you fit in to this persons life better than others fit in to this persons life… You could have a new job and feel you are good at it and work nicely…
What every area of life this is … you know very well what it is… It should jump at you.
