In my dream, I was sleeping in my dorm room at my university when somebody began to pound on my door. I looked through a peep hole a saw a tall African American man standing there; someone I had never seen before. He told me to get out of the dorm quickly. I opened the door to see that my hall was in a panic with everyone running in all directions screaming and yelling. I began to panic as well. Then, from around the corner came two light brown baby cows, sprinting down the hallway. They proceeded to snap and bite at everyone they came near. One of the calves bit my leg very very hard. At this, I was shocked and suddenly grew extremely angry. Against what the other people advised me, I ran after these baby cows and caught one of them. I then began to strangle it with my bare hands, feeling absolutely livid while it struggled and died under me. After I was done killing the one cow, I caught the other and strangled her just the same. Immediately after that, I woke up. I don’t know what the heck this means…I love cows and I’m not a violent person at all. This dream disturbed me so much and I cannot get it off of my mind.
Hi Jess, thank you for sharing your dream… This is a very nice dream… not because it scared you but it has probably a ton of meaning for you and it is powerful. Before we start though I need to make a couple things clear. Science does not have a handle on the meaning of dream… there is no equation, into which we put the dream and on the other side we get the meaning… however we do have some good ideas, and expertise that give us pretty consistent outcomes… My experience with my dreams have been like that… here is “my interpretation” of your dream… others might interpret it differently… but take a look and see if there is any insight in there for you.
There is a situation at your school that leaves everyone worried and although you tried to stay out of this situation you were pulled in it. This might be a general situation or a particular situation… What I mean by that is this… a general situation is about the chaos around classes and school in general… you and your friends might be talking about this and agreeing on how “bad” “tough” “chaotic” “unreasonable” this “school thing” is… OR … this is regarding a particular situation where you are involved with a few others around a particular teacher or a relationship or something like that. What ever this situation is… the thing that is really upsetting you right now and you want to resolve this in a bad way. You might have come up with some ideas as to how to handle this and shared it with others and did not get that much support… You really feel you can handle this though but you have to hurt something or some people along the way. I think you also feel whom ever gets hurt deserves it.
Now… it is also possible you have already done these things and hurt people and dealt with this and this thing belongs to the past… but I doubt that… It is going on right now… take a look please and see what you see… I think… it should jump at you…
