Grace’s Dream…. “I barely even knew him and he grabbed my hand and ran off”

I had this dream a few months ago and I know it means something…But I don’t know what. It starts out with me hanging out with my older sister,  We were watching Pochohantas and singing some of the songs. It was fun and we were being silly. Next thing I know, I’m in this camp full of a bunch of people I know. One day, at the camp, we were going to go on canoes. I went to go sign up to see who I was going to sit by in the canoe and this guy walked in and signed his name by mine. His name was Bens and he said to me, "Looks like we’re going to be sitting by each other in the canoe. If you get scared, you can hold my hand." I was shocked and weirded out because I barely even knew him and he grabbed my hand and ran off. We get outside to where all the canoes are and one of my friends, Travis, sees that Bens is holding my hand. He gets angry and starts avoiding me. Bens and I get in the canoe and we start heading off in the canoes and ours starts to flip over and I fall into the water with out a life jacket. I felt as if I was drowning and I reached my hand up for someone to save me and someone did…But it wasn’t Bens. It was Travis. Then I woke up. Please tell me what this means. I really want to know. I don’t know how old you are but I am going to guess you are very young and there is a part of you that still enjoys being a kid, this is why you see your self with your sister and the theme of the place you are is a “camp.” I am guessing you have a wish or a desire that someone special walks in to your life and there maybe such a person you really like but you think this particular person is arrogant and not really trustworthy. On the other hand you think Travis or a guy like Travis would be someone who you can count on.

To me… from what you wrote… that is all this dream tells me.
